The person I look up to is my cousin Inez. She is active and stays healthy so she wont get diseases. My cousin is 16 years old and she looks amazing. She tells me to join in sports or do exercise for at least 30 minutes. I should follow her steps because I do want to be fit, and active.
The reason I picked my cousin is because when I ask her what are you doing she says that she's doing exercise or she's at boxing to stay fit. In boxing is good cause your doing exercise for your heart. Every Saturdays she goes to the doctors to check her heart to see if it's ok to do boxing and she is good. Boxing is kinda intensive sport because it helps you to be strong have strength.
What my cousin does to be fit is that she does sports like soccer(soccer is my favorite sport too) and joins in boxing ternamint. She doesn't eat chips or food that isn't healthy for you. She drinks smoothies, and she puts a chart in her refrigerator and puts in the time on when is she going to eat and what time she is not to. I should do that because that's good for health because if you want to be active then do exercises and eat healthy. That's why Inez is my Idol.
